Manage your team members, roles, and technician profiles.

Technicians

The Techs page is where you manage everyone on your team — owners, admins, technicians, and front desk staff. View the full roster, invite new members, and drill into individual profiles.

Access it from Techs in the sidebar.

Team Roster

The main view is a searchable table showing all team members:

• Name — click to view the tech's detail page
• Email
• Role — Owner, Admin, Tech, or Front Desk
• Status — Active or Inactive
• Joined — when they were added

Filter by Role or Status using the dropdown filters above the table.

Roles

Role	Access
Owner	Full access to everything including billing and settings
Admin	Full access except billing and ownership transfer
Tech	Can view and work on assigned jobs, clock in/out
Front Desk	Can create jobs, manage customers, handle intake

Inviting a Team Member

1. Click Invite Tech
2. Enter their email address (required)
3. Optionally add their first and last name
4. Select a role (Tech, Front Desk, or Admin)
5. Click Send Invite

They'll receive a magic link email to join your shop.

Tech Detail Page

Click any team member's name to open their profile, which shows:

• Contact info — name, email
• Role and status — with edit capability
• Hourly rate — for time tracking and labor cost calculations
• Join date
• Job statistics — total, completed, in progress, and scheduled jobs
• Assigned jobs table — all jobs assigned to this tech, searchable and filterable

Editing a Team Member

From the detail page, click Edit to change:

• Name
• Role
• Hourly rate

Deactivating & Reactivating

• Click Deactivate to remove a team member's access without deleting their records
• Click Reactivate to restore access

Stats

At the top of the roster, four summary cards show:

• Members — total team size
• Techs — number in the Tech role
• Admins — number of Admins and Owners
• Active — percentage of active members
