Reports

The Reports page gives you a snapshot of how your shop is doing. See revenue, job volume, and trends at a glance.

Accessing Reports

Click Reports in the sidebar. You'll see dashboards covering:

Revenue

• Total revenue for the selected period
• Revenue by day, week, or month
• Average invoice value
• Paid vs. outstanding amounts

Jobs

• Total jobs created
• Jobs by status (completed, in progress, cancelled)
• Average time to completion
• Jobs by technician

Customers

• New customers added
• Returning vs. new customer ratio
• Most active customers

Technicians

• Jobs completed per tech
• Time logged per tech
• Average job duration by tech

Date Ranges

Use the date picker to filter reports by:

• Today
• This week
• This month
• This quarter
• Custom date range

Exporting Data

Need to share numbers with your accountant or partner? Reports can be exported — look for the export option on each report section.
