Customer Portal
Every TechsBox shop gets a public page where customers can check on their repairs, view invoices, and book appointments.
Your Shop URL
Your public page lives at:
yourshop.techsbox.com
Share this link on your website, business cards, Google listing, and social media.
On the Pro plan, you can use a custom domain (e.g., portal.yourshop.com) instead of the techsbox.com subdomain.
What Customers Can Do
Check Job Status
Customers can look up their repair status using their email or phone number. They'll see:
- Current job status (Intake, In Progress, Ready for Pickup, etc.)
- Status history with timestamps
- Any notes you've shared with them
No login required — they just enter their email to look up their jobs.
View & Pay Invoices
Customers can view all invoices you've sent them and pay online:
- See itemized charges
- Download a PDF copy
- Click Pay Now to pay via credit card
Book Appointments
If you've enabled online booking:
- Customers see your available time slots
- They choose a service, pick a time, and confirm
- You get notified of the new booking
Contact Your Shop
Your public page shows:
- Shop name and logo
- Address with map
- Phone number
- Business hours
- Contact form
Customizing Your Public Page
Your public page automatically uses your shop info from Settings. Update your logo, hours, and address in Settings → General and the changes appear on your public page instantly.
