Connect Stripe to accept online payments from your customers.
Stripe Payments
TechsBox integrates with Stripe to let your customers pay invoices online. Payments go directly to your bank account.
How It Works
- You connect your Stripe account to TechsBox (one-time setup)
- When you send an invoice, it includes a Pay Now link
- Your customer clicks the link and enters their card info
- Stripe processes the payment and deposits it in your bank
- TechsBox automatically marks the invoice as paid
Connecting Stripe
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Connect Stripe Account
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow
- Enter your business details and bank account info
- Once approved, you're live — invoices will include payment links
If you already have a Stripe account, you can connect it. If not, Stripe will create one for you during onboarding.
Transaction Fees
Standard payment processing rates apply:
- 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card payment
This is the industry-standard rate charged by Stripe. There are no additional TechsBox markup fees.
Higher-tier plans may offer reduced transaction rates. Check the Pricing page for current rates by plan.
Payment Methods
Your customers can pay with:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (on supported devices)
Viewing Payment History
All payments are tracked in your Invoices dashboard. Each paid invoice shows:
- Payment date
- Amount received
- Stripe transaction ID
- Payment method used
Disconnecting Stripe
If you need to disconnect your Stripe account:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Disconnect Stripe
Disconnecting Stripe means customers can no longer pay invoices online. Outstanding payment links will stop working.
