Access settings from the Settings gear icon in the sidebar. Here's everything you can configure.
General Settings
Settings → General
- Shop Name — how your shop appears to customers
- Subdomain — your URL at
yourshop.techsbox.com - Address — your physical location
- Phone Number — your shop phone
- Business Hours — when you're open
- Logo — appears on invoices, emails, and your public page
- Timezone — ensures times display correctly for your location
Billing & Subscription
Settings → Billing
- View your current plan (Solo, Team, or Pro)
- Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
- Update payment method
- View billing history
- Connect or disconnect Stripe for customer payments
