Settings

Access settings from the Settings gear icon in the sidebar. Here's everything you can configure.

General Settings

Settings → General

  • Shop Name — how your shop appears to customers
  • Subdomain — your URL at yourshop.techsbox.com
  • Address — your physical location
  • Phone Number — your shop phone
  • Business Hours — when you're open
  • Logo — appears on invoices, emails, and your public page
  • Timezone — ensures times display correctly for your location

Billing & Subscription

Settings → Billing

  • View your current plan (Solo, Team, or Pro)
  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
  • Update payment method
  • View billing history
  • Connect or disconnect Stripe for customer payments

Users & Permissions

Settings → Users

  • Invite new team members
  • Manage roles (Owner, Admin, Technician, Front Desk)
  • Remove users
