Best for: Solo is for one-person and mobile shops. Team is for a shop with a crew. Pro is for high-volume shops that want AI search, QuickBooks sync, and no platform cut on the payments they process.
Role-based permissions, time tracking, job assignment, inventory, purchase orders, online booking, and custom domains are on every plan, free one included. They are not upgrades and we do not sell them as such.
Changing Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Changes take effect immediately
Upgrading: You'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading: Your new rate starts at the next billing cycle. Features from higher tiers will be disabled at that time.
Need Help Choosing?
A quick rule of thumb:
- Just you, and you do not need to text customers? → Solo
- Need SMS notifications or reporting? → Team
- Want the AI assistant or QuickBooks sync? → Pro
