Best for: Solo is for one-person and mobile shops. Team is for a shop with a crew. Pro is for high-volume shops that want AI search, QuickBooks sync, and no platform cut on the payments they process.
Role-based permissions, time tracking, job assignment, inventory, purchase orders, online booking, and custom domains are on every plan, and on the 14-day trial. They are not upgrades and we do not sell them as such.
Changing Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Changes take effect immediately
Upgrading: You'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading: Your new rate starts at the next billing cycle. Features from higher tiers will be disabled at that time.
Need Help Choosing?
A quick rule of thumb:
- Just you, and you do not need to text customers? → Solo
- Need SMS notifications or reporting? → Team
- Want the AI assistant or QuickBooks sync? → Pro
