Manage appointments and let customers book online.

Scheduling & Appointments

TechsBox includes a built-in scheduling system so you can manage appointments and offer online booking to your customers.

Viewing Your Schedule

Click Schedule in the sidebar to see your appointments in a calendar view. You can switch between:

  • Day view — see today's appointments hour by hour
  • Week view — plan your week at a glance
  • Month view — big picture overview

Creating an Appointment

  1. Click New Appointment (or click a time slot in the calendar)
  2. Select the customer (or create a new one)
  3. Choose the service type
  4. Set the date and time
  5. Assign a technician (optional)
  6. Add notes if needed
  7. Click Save

The customer will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details.

Online Booking

Let customers book appointments directly from your public shop page.

Enabling Online Booking

  1. Go to Settings → Booking
  2. Toggle Online Booking on
  3. Configure your available time slots and services
  4. Your booking page goes live at yourshop.techsbox.com

How Customers Book

  1. Customer visits your shop page
  2. Selects a service
  3. Picks an available date and time
  4. Enters their contact info
  5. Confirms the booking

You'll receive a notification when a new booking comes in.

Share your booking link on your website, social media, and Google Business listing to drive more appointments.

Managing Appointments

From the schedule view, click any appointment to:

  • Reschedule — change the date or time
  • Cancel — cancel and optionally notify the customer
  • Convert to Job — turn the appointment into a work order
  • Add Notes — internal notes for your team

Appointment Reminders

TechsBox can automatically send reminders to customers before their appointment:

  • Email reminders — sent 24 hours before (included on all plans)
  • SMS reminders — sent 1 hour before (Team and Pro plans, requires Twilio setup)
