What Can You Ask?

The AI has access to your jobs, customers, invoices, and repair history. Here are some examples:

• "How many jobs did we complete last month?"
• "What's our average repair time for iPhone screen replacements?"
• "Which technician completed the most jobs this quarter?"
• "Show me all open jobs for Tech Time customers"
• "What's our revenue this week compared to last week?"

The AI understands context and follow-ups. Ask a question, then drill deeper:

"How many jobs did we complete last month?" 142 jobs completed in January.

"Break that down by technician" Mike: 58 jobs, Sarah: 47 jobs, Alex: 37 jobs.

Privacy & Data

• The AI only accesses your shop's data — it can't see other shops
• Queries are processed securely and not stored beyond your session

Tips for Better Answers

• Be specific: "revenue last month" works better than "how are we doing"
• Use names: "jobs assigned to Mike" instead of "that tech's jobs"
• Ask follow-ups: the AI remembers context within a conversation
