Online Booking
Every shop gets a public page at yourshop.techsbox.com where customers can view services and book appointments directly. You get an email for each new booking, and it appears in your dashboard to confirm.
Appointment Reminders
Turn on reminders and customers get an email about a day before each confirmed appointment, plus a text from your own Twilio number on Team and Pro. Off until you switch it on, one reminder per appointment.
Customer Portal
Customers look up their repair status by email or phone number. No app download, no account creation. Share the link on your website, your voicemail, your business card.
Status Emails
Email customers automatically when their device is checked in, when work starts, and when it is ready, with a link to check the status. Sent with your shop's name, and replies come to you. Turn each one on or off in settings.
SMS Notifications
Automatic texts when a job is checked in, started, or ready. No more 'is my laptop ready?' calls. Shops connect their own Twilio account and pay Twilio for each text.
Google Review Requests
