Terms of Service

The basics

techsbox is a repair shop management platform provided by techsbox (“we”, “us”). By using techsbox, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Simple.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and the data you put into it. Keep your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use techsbox. One person or business per account — don’t share accounts across separate businesses.

Your data

You own your data. We don’t claim any rights to the customers, jobs, invoices, or other information you put into techsbox. You can export it anytime and take it with you if you leave.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

Use techsbox for running your repair business. Don’t use it for anything illegal, don’t try to break it, don’t abuse our infrastructure, and don’t use it to harm others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but we’re not going to promise 99.999% uptime in a legal document. We’ll do our best to keep techsbox running and we’ll communicate openly about any issues. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
